Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for records relating to order of the second respondent made in Z.O. VIII. R.D.C. No.365/ 2018 dated 11.02.2019 to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to continue to accept the previous assessed tax for the petitioners premises. Ms.R.Jasmine Padma, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner wishes to approach the Taxation Appellate Tribunal and Ms.S.Vaitheeswari, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has no objection to this Court acceding to the request.

2. Hence, request is acceded to. Appeal, if filed within a period four weeks from today shall be taken on file, the petitioner heard and the appeal disposed, in accordance with law.

3. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
