When the Criminal Revision was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the Revision petitioner seeks for an adjournment. Since this Revision is pending from the year 2011 and the same has been filed only as against the payment of maintenance order, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter.
