ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition for direction directing the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner to protect her men and property and act on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.04.2016. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having leasehold right in the property and she is in possession and enjoyment of the same. On 03.04.2016, unknown rowdy elements entered the premises and made life threat. Immediately, the petitioner lodged a complaint. Even though it was received by the respondent police and C.S.R.No.110 of 2016 was given, the respondent has not given any police protection. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the third respondent is ready to dispose of the application on merits after making enquiry. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation/ complaint given by the petitioner on 03.04.2016 and provide police protection, if necessary, after due enquiry.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
