Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for sureties in Crl.OP.No.3068/2021 order dated 24.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ASHOKKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners for sureties in Crl.O.P.No.3068 of 2021 dated 24.02.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended for a further period of 20 days (i.e.,on or before 10.05.2021) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.
