This petition has been filed challenging the non-bailable warrant issued by learned Judicial Magistrate I, Poonamallee, vide order dated 19.10.2023 in C.C.No.54 of 2017.

2. Heard Mr.R.Rangarajan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondent.

3. This Court does not find any merit in this petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. The petitioner has to necessarily file an application before the Court below for recalling the non-bailable warrant, which will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
