Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider her representation dated 06.02.2019, wherein and whereby, she sought for survey of the property at Door Nos.19 & 20, 2nd Sundaram Main Road and No.11, Sundaram Main Street, Vyasarpadi, Chennai-39.

3. It is stated that the petitioner has become the owner of the above said property by way of a Settlement Deed registered as Document No.5762 of 2016 on 21.12.2016. It is further stated that the petitioner made a representation on 06.02.2019, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

requesting the respondent to survey the subject matter property. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondent so far.

4. Heard both sides.

This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
