O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of 1/4

mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the details as sought for by the petitioner through representation dated 22.11.2024.

2. Heard Mr.S.Bala Subramaniam, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that no representation has been received by the respondent and there is no acknowledgement filed in the typed set of papers to evidence service of the representation on the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent by making the appropriate request along with all the relevant documents. On receipt of the same, the respondent shall act upon the representation and furnish the particulars/materials available within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 2/4

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
