By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Petitioner states that the 3rd respondent vide notice dated 06.01.2015 has called for tender for two items viz., for collection of toll in the plantain sandy market and for collection of toll from daily market. The petitioner submitted his bid for both items and also made necessary earnest money deposits. The petitioner would further state that though the 3rd respondent had confirmed the tender in his favour, he did not issue any letter awarding tender in his favour.

In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 13.04.2015 to the respondents 1 to 4 and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submissions made by Mr.C.D.Johnson, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Rajendra Narashimhan, who accepts notice for respondents 3 and 4. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
