O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to permit her to stay in India either till 12.07.2012 or until the legal process of adoption is conclusively settled and finalised or until any other date as stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner sought permission from the authorities concerned to stay in India only till 12.07.2012 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein. However, the learned counsel prayed that petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the authorities concerned afresh, as and when required.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
