This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report to the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m., until further orders. imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1159 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.24917 of 2023 dated 08.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent to continue everyday for further period of 30 days and thereafter weekly once i.e, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
