ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to implement the order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.2389/2018/Sa Pa dated 1/4

01.06.2021 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2021 & 12.08.2021.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Salesman in the Society and she was issued with a charge memo dated 20.12.2016 and further, in the departmental enquiry, she was terminated from service. Challenging the same, she filed an appeal before the first respondent. The first respondent, in fact, allowed the appeal vide Order dated 01.06.2021 and directed the second respondent for reinstating the petitioner. Challenging the same, the second respondent filed a writ petition in W.P.No.7629 of 2021 and further, no stay has been granted. In this regard, the petitioner has given representations dated 08.06.2021 & 12.08.2021 seeking to implement the order of the first respondent and the same are pending. Hence, this writ petition.

3. The first respondent has also filed counter to the effect that the charges against the petitioner is not serious. Therefore, the punishment of termination has been set aside.

4. Such view of the matter, since, no stay whatsoever has been granted in the W.P.No.7629 of 2021, there shall be a direction to the second respondent 2/4

to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 08.06.2021 & 12.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders in reinstating the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
