Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 20.04.2015 given by the petitioner within a time frame.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be a public charitable Trust, submitted a representation dated 20.04.2015 to the respondents stating among other things that some anti social elements has trespassed into the Trust property and put up huts in the trust property and with great difficulty, they were evicted. The petitioner would further state that the Founder Trustee along with one R.Victor Raj has fraudulently entered into sale agreement on 27.01.2010 in respect of the land and building situated at Block No.24, T.S.No.76 to 87 in Ayanavaram Village admeasuring to an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extent of 5 Acres and 8 Cents and deliberately undervalued the property for the purpose of getting unlawful enrichment. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that inspite of the representation, no response is forthcoming and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthu Kumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, this Court, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 20.04.2015 submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.

5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
