ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to dispose of the enquiry proceedings pending in

3/6 Na.Ka.No.2504/2024/A2 dated 18.10.2024, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.R.Anandha Babu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the proceedings are pending before the 3 rd respondent.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the material placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the rd respondent to continue further with the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2504/2024/A2 dated 18.10.2024, on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the 5 th respondent and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
