This contempt petition has been filed on the ground that the order dated 09.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P. No.14451 of 2016 has not been complied with by the respondent.

hearing, it was jointly submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the aforesaid order, aggrieved by non compliance of which, this contempt petition has been filed, has been complied with by the respondent.
