O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate police protection to implement the order in I.A No. 337 of 2018 in O.S. No. 204 of 2018 on the file of SubCourt, Poonamallee, dated 04.08.2018 and consequently to ensure smooth ingress and egress of the petitioner's employees, workers, suppliers, visitors, customers, raw materials and finished products to and from the petitioners factory premises

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted a letter dated 06.12.2022 to the Registry seeking permission to post the above Writ Petition for withdrawal. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal". When the matter taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner appeared and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Writ Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.
