2. There is no appearance for R1 even though the name of the counsel for R1 who is on caveat is printed in the cause list.

3. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 157 days in representing the Original Side Appeal is condoned and the Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 16.06.2025 along with connected OSA Nos.10, 112 and 113 of 2025.
