This Criminal Original Petition has been filed todirect the respondent to register the case against Kamaraj complaint dated 8.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 08.12.2014 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
