There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 12.42 p.m. today.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondents to consider and dispose the representation dated 25.05.2016 made by the Petitioner to initiate appropriate Departmental/Disciplinary proceedings against the Tenth Respondent in respect of the Professional recalcitrancy committed by him, during the course of enquiry, whilst dealing with the 3/7
Petitioner's property comprised in Survey No. 307/5 admeasuring 1 Acre 6 cents and in survey No. 231/2B admeasuring 26 cents of Mannivakkam Villge, Chengalput Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

Learned Counsel for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that Tenth Respondent had expired on 11.04.2017 and he has made a endorsement to that effect in the Court record. In view of the same, the relief sought in the Writ Petition does not remain for consideration. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
