3.Application No.2542 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the following persons as legal representatives of the deceased first plaintiff: (a) B.Madhavan (b) M.Ramakrishnan (c) M.Rajeswari 4.Learned counsel for the first defendant has no objection to the applications being allowed.
