Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing all the respondents to restore the internal roads more particularly the access road for the petitioner's plots Nos:233 and 234 in Medows Beach Farm, Old Survey Nos.340/1 and 340/2 New Survey Nos:334/5 and 334/6 Anumandhai Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Thindivanam District, and ensure property access to petitioner's plots.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to restore the internal roads to enable the petitioner to have proper access for the petitioner's plots morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.K.Surendran, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4.

3. The petitioner claims that Plot Nos.233 and 234 belonging to her in the layout morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition is unable to be reached with proper access due to the damage of the internal roads in the said layout. She seeks for restoration of the internal roads to enable the petitioner to have access to her above said plots. She had given a representation on 03.05.2025 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in Page No.3 of 6
accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.05.2025 seeking for restoration of the internal roads in the layout of the petitioner's plots to enable the petitioner to reach her plots, namely Plot Nos.233 and 234, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
