Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioners in the approved panel for promotion to the post of Under Secretary to Government, Finance Department issued as per G.O.Ms.No.433, Finance (OP-I) Department, dated 18.11.2013 in the appropriate place based on the seniority of the petitioners and consequently regularize the service of the petitioners in the post of Under Secretary to Government with all consequential and other attendant benefits, respectively.
