Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th and 5th respondents to consider and give appointment to the petitioner in pursuance to the application dated 24.09.2014 on compassionate ground. O R D E R

Heard both sides. By consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for final disposal as the prayer made during the hearing lies in a narrow compass.

2.The father of the petitioner was a Village Administrative Officer and he died on 14.03.2014.

The petitioner made representation dated 24.09.2014 to the fourth respondent for compassionate appointment enclosing all the relevant documents. The fourth respondent made recommendation in Na.Ka.No.969/2014/A5 dated 29.09.2014 to the third respondent to provide compassionate appointment. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent has not passed any orders on the recommendation of the fourth respondent dated 29.09.2014.

3.In the circumstances, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the proceedings dated 29.09.2014 of the fourth respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and forward the same to the fifth respondent to pass appropriate order. On receipt of the orders of the third respondent, the fifth respondent is directed to pass orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.
