This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28621 of 2023 dated 18.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter, relaxed.
