C.M.P.Nos.6477, 6479 & 6480 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.6477, 6479 & 6480 of 2022 in S.A.No.853 of 2014 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.6477 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 1551 days in filing the application seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the delay in filing the application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 12th respondent in the above Second Appeal.
2. C.M.P.No.6479 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the delay in filing the application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 12th respondent in the above Second Appeal.
3. C.M.P.No.6480 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 12th respondent in the above appeal and rank them as 18th to 20th respondents in the above Second Appeal.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 and 11, 13 to 17.
5. Mr.S.A.Udaya Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 and Mr.N.K.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 11, 13 to 17 submitted that they have no objection for ordering these petitions.

6. Though notice has been served on the proposed respondents 18 to 21 and their names are also printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf either in person or through counsel.
7. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.6477, 6479 & 6480 of 2022 are ordered.
