Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate steps on his representation dated 16.07.2018, wherein and whereby, he seeks for disposal of the appeal filed by the 2nd respondent before the 1st respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respect of the subject matter property.
3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal presented by the 2nd respondent before the 1st respondent arising out of Ryotwari Patta is pending for long time without early disposal.
4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the contention raised by the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent, as it is for the 1st respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the appeal presented by the 2nd respondent on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
