Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

The learned counsel counsel for the petitioner is permitted to service notice to the respondents.

Registry is directed to amend the cause title and list the Writ Appeal after two weeks.
