In terms of the order dated 17.02.2026, the petitioner has paid the amount of Rs.3,82,246/- to the 4th respondent, on 19.02.2026. Mr.K.Tamilvendan has given a receipt for the same. The said receipt is scanned and extracted hereunder:- 2/6

2.As the entire amount has been paid by the petitioner to the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent shall return the mortgage documents forthwith to the petitioner and also cancel the mortgage which has been registered.

3.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
