The petition is filed by P.Guhan, the petitioner herein to accept the cause title as given in Tr.C.M.P.SR.No.22993 of 2019. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has filed O.P. No.753 of 2018 before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai against the petitioner for divorce. The petitioner, who is working in Qatar, is unable to come and appear before the said Court. However, he is prepared to give consent for divorce and he has also filed a counter giving consent for divorce. As the petitioner could not appear for every hearing, he filed an application authorising his father as Power of attorney agent.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to accept the cause title as given in Tr.C.M.P.SR.No.22993 of 2019. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the cause title is accepted.
