Learned counsel for the first respondent Corporation has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Principal Secretary/Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation, Chennai, dated 26.11.2022, to the effect that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Writ Appeal No.1335 of 2021, dated 26.10.2021, action has been taken against the official concerned and punishment of stoppage of increment without cumulative effect for a period of three months has been imposed on him.

2. Given the above development, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
