O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to conduct an enquiry into the affairs of the third respondent Trust on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18/12/2019.

2. The facts of the case in brief are as follows:- The petitioner is a member of Balija Chetty Community and an ardent devotee of Sri Prasanna Venkata Narasimha Perumal Temple at Saidapet. When the petitioner came to know about the rampant corruption and nepotism of the third respondent, made a representation to the first respondent dated 18/12/2019. Since the representation of the petitioner remain unanswered, she has come forward with the instant writ petition praying for the relief as stated therein.

3. Heard Mr.Govind Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.L.Dhamodharan, learned counsel for the third respondent.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be issued to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18/12/2019, as expeditiously as possible.

5. The learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that there is an internal dispute between the petitioner and third respondent, for which, the petitioner had made a complaint and the same does not come under the purview of HR & CE Act.

6. Perused the materials available on record.

7. The third respondent Trust is not administering the temple. The temple is a denomination temple in which third respondent carries out Page No:3/4

annadhanam activities. In such a view of the matter, it would be suffice to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation will meet the ends of justice.

8. Accordingly, second respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18/12/2019, after affording opportunity to the third respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

9. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
