This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.539 of in Crl.O.P.No.25884 of 2023 dated 23.01.2024.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30a.m., for a period of three times and thereafter, relaxed.
