This application is filed by the 4th defendant in the suit for permission to mark the photocopy of the Agreement dated 22.08.1997.

2. The applicant states that the Agreement dated 22.08.1997 was executed by Vijayalakshmi in favour of M/s.Video Park. According to the applicant, this document is a link document and is, therefore, relevant to its defence. Since the applicant is not a party to the document, the applicant is not in possession of the original. The present application is filed in the said facts and circumstances.

3. The plaintiff has no objection to this document being exhibited subject to her objections as regards relevance and proof.

Accordingly, A.No.1481 of 2022 is allowed by permitting the applicant to exhibit the photocopy of the Agreement dated 22.08.1997 subject to the objections of the plaintiff inter-alia on the grounds of relevance and proof. The plaintiff is permitted to file the statement of admission/denial as regards this document.
