(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 07.07.2022 made in W.P.No.11651 of 2022.

2. Today when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage, Mr.R.Kumaravel learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the plea of the petitioner, having been considered, it was rejected by the Tamil Nadu State Level Scrutiny Committee by order dated 01.07.2023, a copy of which also has been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the same, since the orders passed by this Court has been complied with, no persuasive action is required in this Contempt Petition and accordingly it is closed.
