ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025 and consequently to rectify the error in the Death Certificate of the petitioner's mother bearing Registration No. 135/ 2005/ 01 dated 29.09.2005, by correcting the name of the petitioner's father as Perumal instead of Munusamy.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
