COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking for a direction to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose the G.W.O.P.No.2285 of 2017 and F.C.O.P.No.464 of 2016 within six months or any other date to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed F.C.O.P.No.464 of 2016 seeking for divorce against the respondent under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. He has also filed G.W.O.P.No.2285 of 2017 seeking custody of minor daughter Jayashree. The respondent had filed counter in G.W.O.P.No.2285 of 2017 on 11.04.2016 and in F.C.O.P.No.464 of 2016 on 01.09.2017 respectively. Since then, both the matters are pending without any progress and therefore, these Petitions.

3.Considering the fact that F.C.O.P.No.464 of 2016 is pending from the year 2016 and G.W.O.P.No.2285 of 2017 is pending from the year 2017 and the matters are pending for enquiry, the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose both the above said matters as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of the Order. 4.With the above directions, these Civil Revisions Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
