Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.33217/2019 dated 09.12.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.33217 of 2019 dated 09.12.2019.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.33217 of 2019 dated 09.12.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 18/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
