O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.4 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's land measuring an extent of 94 cents was acquired and a compensation of Rs.66,42,952/- was awarded by the Special District Revenue Officer, Hosur SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Krishnagiri District on 28.07.2016. The petitioner is now aged about 79 years and the limited prayer of the petitioner is that this L.A.O.P.No.4 of 2019 has to be disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court as expeditiously as possible.

3. The petitioner is a senior citizen. Even without a direction from this Court, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri is obligated to give priority in disposing the case of the senior citizens. Therefore, this Court directs the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri to dispose LOP L.A.O.P.No.4 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands Ordered accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
