Heard Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 13 and Mr.C.Gauthamaraj, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 14 to 19. 20th respondent is no more existing, therefore, notice to 20th respondent is dispensed with. 4/8

It is brought to our notice by Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the petitioner that connected matters in W.A.Nos.411 & 425 of 2026 is pending before this Court where an interim order has been passed on 13.02.2026 in W.A.No.411 of 2026 staying the operation of the impugned order therein made in W.P.No.8090 of 2025 dated 09.01.2026.

In view of the said factual matrix, as the connected writ appeals are pending where interim order also has been granted, if the present direction given in the order impugned dated 09.01.2026 is implemented, that would have a barring in all these writ appeals where the main issue raised therein still to be decided, therefore, there shall be an interim order as prayed for. 5/8
