(CRIME NO.10 OF 2017) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before Cuddalore Town Police Station daily until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP. No.2391 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.RAJMOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- These petitions has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2391 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.
