The successful bidder has filed this application to modify the earlier order dated 03.01.2024 in C.A.No.3 of 2024 by deferring the date for payment of instalments towards the balance sale consideration.

2. In view of the pending applications in which rival claims have been made in respect of the relevant immovable asset, the applicant is permitted to defer payment of the balance sale consideration until the date of disposal of the said applications.
