ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed seeking to quash the dismissal order of the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court under E.C, and NDPS Act, dated 26.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.1687 of 2024 in Crime No.305 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the petition today.
