... Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience to comply with the order of this Court passed in W.A.No.1194 of 2016 dated 21.10.2016.

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the alleged willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.A.No.1194 of 2016 dated 21.10.2016.

When this contempt petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the first respondent-University would submit that the issue whether the candidates doing private study are eligible to join the law course or not, is pending before the Full Bench of this Court constituted by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice.

3. Since the matter is pending for admission before the Full Bench, this contempt petition is premature. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner can very well approach the Full Bench in this regard.
