O R D E R

This revision petition is filed by the accused being aggrieved by the concurrent findings of the Court below.

2. Today, both the petitioner and the respondent are present before this Court and filed a joint compromise memo, wherein, they stated that the total cheque amount is paid to the first respondent by the petitioner herein and there is no further action has been taken and also the offences may be compounded in view of the joint compromise memo dated 20.06.2022.

3. In the light of the Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, which enforces the Court to record compounding of offence under the Negotiable Instruments Act, this Court dispose of this Criminal Revision Case recording the joint compromise memo, results in the compounding of the offences.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of joint compromise memo.
