This petition is filed to condone the delay of 120 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 25.10.2019 made in W.P.No.11999 of 2013.

2. Though the respondent is served with notice, there is no representation on behalf of him either in person or through counsel.

3. Heard the learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government counsel for the petitioners/appellants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
