ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to include the petitioner's party along with other registered political parties for the All Party Meeting called vide press release No.441 dated 25.02.2025, issued by the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that pursuant to the press release, political parties have been called for the All Party Meeting. All registered political parties are eligible to participate and if the petitioner - political party wants to participate in the said meeting, it can give a representation to the Public Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu and upon the

representation being made, the petitioner will also be included in the All Party Meeting.

3. Since the said statement redresses the grievance that is made by the petitioner, recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.

4. It can be open for the petitioner to submit its request to the Public Secretary, today itself together with a proof that there is a valid and subsisting registration of the political party. No costs. Consequently, the associated miscellaneous petition is closed.
