This petition is filed to condone the delay of 120 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 25.10.2019 made in W.P.No.12000 of 2013.

2.Mr.R.Saseetharan, learned Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and the list the same for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
