ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a mandamus to the Wakf Board to initiate action for recovery of the wakf property belonging to the Sekkanur Jumma Mosque and Burial Ground Wakf under Section 52 of the Wakf Act, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 18.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, it will suffice if a direction is given to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 18.04.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law and take a decision and inform the same to the petitioner, within a

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
