The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order rendered by the Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District made in IA.No.509 of 2015 in FCOP.No.439 of 2014 dated 01.09.2016.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed an application in IA.No.509 of 2015 in FCOP.No.439 of 2014 to return the articles to the petitioner. The aforesaid application was dismissed.
Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court.
2. On perusal of the order of the court below, the said application has been dismissed by holding that the said issue can be decided at the time of trial, after considering the oral and documentary evidence. By accepting the reasons stated by the court below, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition.
3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks direction to the Family Court, Vellore to dispose of the main OP in FCOP.No.439 of 2014 at the earliest. Therefore, the Family Court, Vellore is directed to dispose of the said OP as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
