[Crl.O.P.(MD).7502/2022] (ii) Stay of all further proceedings in respect of the petitioner in C.C.No.39 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur, pending disposal of the main Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7502 of 2022. [Crl.M.P.(MD).NO.5120/2022] (iii) Dispense with the appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.39 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur, pending disposal of the main Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7502 of 2022. [Crl.M.P.(MD).NO.5122/2022]

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANITHA P J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in similar matters, this Court had granted stay of further proceedings.

2. There shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings in respect of the petitioner in C.C.No.39 of 2021 pending before the Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Srivilliputtur.

3. Personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with on a condition that the petitioner shall be duly represented by his counsel before the trial Court, on all hearing dates without fail.

4. Registry is directed to post this matter along with Crl.O.P.No.7546 of 2022 on 10.06.2022.
