Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the 2nd respondent to identify the Unknown Hit and Run Vehicle and to secure and preserve the CCTV Footage which is present in TOLL Plaza in connection with the Crime No.29 of 2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to identify the hit-and-run vehicle by analysing the CCTV footage available at the TOLL Plaza in connection with Crime No.29 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to secure and examine the CCTV footage from the TOLL Plaza, complete the investigation in Crime No.29 of 2025 and file the final report, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
